Gavin G. Gadfly is a diminutive and plucky toon photographer, whose concept of a "hot scoop" is different to everyone else's. He freelances for several major toon newspapers, including the Daily Blot and the Times Herald Tribune Post.
Personality
Gavin is an excitable, impressionable young toon with aspirations that outmatch his abilities. This does not deter him, however, because he is completely unaware of it.
