Owlsley Tufts

Owlsley Tufts is the hard-working assistant to the current Mayor of Toon Town, Magic Wanda. He is a small, polite, and very round owl toon with boundless enthusiasm for municipal service.

Backstory

The middle egg in a clutch of five, Owlsley grew up in the Tufts family home in the Lumberly Woods. He attended Inkwell University, getting degrees in sociology, law, and thermonuclear engineering.
