Milton Percival Motherly is the current Vice President of the United States. He belongs to no political party, as he views that as being unnecessarily bipartisan.

Personality

Motherly is a diehard centrist who believes that compromise and decorum are the two most important things in politics, slightly above never taking a strong stance on any subject. He is a consummate coward who meekly accepts every opinion that President Chambers allows him to have. He secretly dreams of having ultimate power, but lacks the spine required to actually try and take it, hoping instead that it will be given to him someday.
