The Hollywood Committee on Seditious Activities (HCSA) was started by Governor Jack F. Ralston in 58 BBO, to uncover anti-American sentiment in Hollywood. It lasted until 53 BBO, when Ralston disbanded it in favor of his personal authority and was subsequently shot to death by the LAPD shortly afterwards.
