Jack F. Ralston

Jack F. Ralston (July 4 1914 — May 2 1956), also known as Jackoff Ralston, was the Governor of California from 1951 to 1956. While in office, he formed the Hollywood Committee on Seditious Activities (HCSA) to deal with anti-American sentiment in Hollywood. He left office approximately three minutes before being shot to death by the LAPD in 1956.
