Morningstar Heights is the central district of Toon Hell, home to the administrative hub of the city and the vast majority of its corruption.
Geography
Morningstar Heights lies on the edge of the Great Cavern, between the cliffs and the cavern wall. Brimstone Boardwalk is the only district that separates it from the Sizzling Sea, along with the thousand-foot drop of the cliffs themselves.
