The Sunset Slums is a district of the City of Hollywood, created after the Big One destroyed the Sunset Strip. The devastation caused was so significant that the area was completely leveled and even physically relocated during the quake. It has never recovered its former glory, and currently known best for its cheap and substandard housing, along with high crime rates.
