Vulcan program

The Vulcan program, also called Project Vulcan, was the fifth set of manned space missions carried out by the Hollywood Space Administration, running from 1974 to 1979. The intended aim of the missions was to gain a better understanding of the sun, and almost half of the missions achieved something in this area.
