Film rating system

The film rating system is used in Hollywood to rate a film's suitability for certain audiences based on its content. The system is currently enforced by law.
The film ratings are as follows:

Mandatory. Required viewing. |
|
General Audiences. All ages admitted. |
|
Parental Guidance Suggested. Some material may not be suitable for children. |
|
Parents Strongly Cautioned. Some material may be inappropriate for children under 13. |
|
Restricted. Under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian. |
|
Adults Only. No One 17 and Under Admitted. |
|
Very Adults Only. Some material may not be suitable for adults. |
|
Hazardous. Some material may have an unwanted effect on mental faculties and/or the local spacetime continuum. |
|
Forbidden. All copies of this film must be disposed of. |
