An animator is an artist with a subconscious link to the Animation, allowing their creative impulses to guide the formation of toons. As a result of this connection, they are often mentally unstable. Most animators are human, but a rare few belong to other demographics.
Cerebral abnormalities
Accurate medical records of animators are rare, but a common thread among CT scans of animator brains is a distorted, hyperactive frontal lobe. Similar changes in other regions of the brain have been noted in mutants with psychic abilities, suggesting that it might be an alternate form of extra-sensory perception. However, no two scans (even from the same animator) show the same alterations, as if the physical state of their brains is constant flux. It is presently beyond Hollywood's capabilities to care enough about animator health to research this further.
Notable animators
- Whit Jolley, founder of Whit Jolley Animation.
- Rutherford Bartlett, creator of Nicolette Inque.
- Ozzie Watts, first and foremost of Hollywood's few animal animators.
