Sebastian

Sebastian is an alien of unknown origin in the service of Phoebe Deimos. He is composed of approximately ten thousand tentacles of varying size.

Personality

Although he does not speak, Sebastian is fully capable of understanding many languages, and communicates through a system of complex tentacle-wiggles that very few people understand. However he has picked up a number of Earth-based gestures which he uses when conversing with anyone who does not understand him, including Phoebe and the Gray Gang. He is extremely intelligent, and would be considered a genius by most standards.
